At Dreamly, we want your cinematic journey to begin as soon as possible. We work hard to ensure your projector arrives safely and efficiently. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process:

1. Order Processing We aim to pack and prepare your order for shipment within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday). Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Times Once your order has been processed, our estimated delivery time is 8–12 business days. While we strive to deliver within this timeframe, please understand that shipping times can occasionally vary due to external factors, such as courier delays or customs processing.

3. Shipping Costs We are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

4. Tracking Your Order As soon as your Dreamly projector is on its way, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. This email will include a tracking link, so you can follow your package’s journey every step of the way. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the link.

5. Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide. During checkout, please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly and completely to avoid any delivery issues.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages Your satisfaction is our priority. If your package arrives damaged or if your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at getdreamlystore@gmail.com within 14 days. We will do our absolute best to resolve the issue for you immediately.
